1. Pattern Clarity & Resolution

  • We ensure the provided pattern is a high-resolution file (e.g., SVG, AI, EPS for vector graphics; PNG/JPG with 300 DPI for raster images). Low-resolution files may result in blurry or pixelated engravings.
  • For vector designs, we confirm that all elements are scalable and editable (e.g., outlines converted to paths, no embedded fonts).

2. Material Compatibility

  • Specify the product material (e.g., wood, acrylic, metal, glass) and its thickness. Different materials require varying laser power and speed settings:
    • Delicate materials (e.g., thin wood) may need simpler patterns to avoid burning or warping.
    • Dark materials often show laser contrast better than light-colored surfaces.

3. Design Complexity & Detail

  • Complex patterns with fine lines or intricate details may not engrave clearly on small surfaces. Discuss with us to simplify or adjust the design for better results.
